Jammu & Kashmir Assault Case : No F.I.R | No Action | No Investigation |...

More than 22 days have passed since I was #attacked by a corrupt #JandKBank Official Mr. Adarsh Anand, his wife Sarita Anand & two sons Ridham and Raghav, while I was installing JIO Giga Fibre network at my terraced house. They all ambushed me while I came to enquire as to why they have cut the wire of my newly installed connection when the JIO team had asked for their permission when they were about to start. Just when all the installation was successfully finished and I made the payment, JIO people ( who were working at the terrace) came to me rushing ( at ground floor) that they will lose their job as Mr. Adarsh's sons were complaining to the JIO customer care center and they have cut the wire. (Please note: I had placed the connections request on 14th March, 20 before #Lockdown was announced in India as my P.G course in ArtificialIntelligence and Machinelerning was about to start.) I called the police immediately but as alas no one came and after some hours I went to the police station with bruises all over my body ( accompanied by my wife and daughter). The S.H.O refused to entertain us at first and even threatened my arrest on the pretext that I was not wearing appropriate clothes. I went back home to change the clothes, and when I persisted and didn't relent, I was sent to Sarwal hospital at night for medical examinations. Since then it's to and fro from pillar to post, a story of agony, apathy, humiliation, high handiness, frequent reminders but as they say #Tareek #pe #Tareek par #Insaaf #nhi #mila ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- There is a clear motive behind the cutting of wire as I was assaulted last year too by the same persons when they barged into my home by breaking lock of my door, hit me twice abused and threatened me of dire consequences. ( He was arrested by Jammu Police last year along with Mr brother for hitting me and my Wife in two separate incidences on the same night). An application for# F.I.R against Adarsh Anand is pending at Sarwal Chowki ( P.S) and there is no investigation and follow up of an F.I.R by my wife (The matter when to court).
